These terms apply when you use rosengartenfirearmtraining.com, book a class with Rosengarten Firearms Training ("we," "us," or "our"), or sign up for our text messages. By doing any of these, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, book a class, or sign up for our text messages. By doing any of these, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Some classes and permits have higher age requirements under California law.

Program name: Rosengarten Firearms Training Text Messages

What you will receive: Booking confirmations, class reminders, schedule changes, and replies to your questions and support requests.

How you join: You join by checking the text message consent box on one of our website forms and submitting the form. The box is never checked for you.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more messages unless you sign up again.

• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Classes are booked through the scheduling calendar on our website. A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat. Booking details are shown on the calendar when you book.

Please book the correct class type. New applicants should book the Initial Class. Current permit holders renewing a permit should book the Renewal Class. If you are unsure, call or text (209) 610-1425 before booking.

Training officers are responsible for all operations on the range, including safety, risk management, and range rules. Any unsafe act or ignoring a training officer's commands is grounds for dismissal from the class.

Completing our training does not guarantee that you will be issued a CCW permit.

The content on this website is for general information about our classes. We work to keep it accurate, but class details, dates, and requirements can change. Contact us to confirm anything important.

You agree not to misuse this website or interfere with how it works.

To the extent allowed by law, Rosengarten Firearms Training is not liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using this website or our text message program.
